Side extensions, rear extensions and wrap-around extensions can provide a fantastic granny annexe, kitchen/diner, play room or office and two storey extensions may incorporate extra bedrooms and bathrooms.

It may be possibe to extend your house under Permitted Development. This basically means as long as you adhere to the strict Permitted Development criteria you can extend your house without planning permission .
